I’m proposing here a new Biedermeier set. Made of eight different style of chairs. After the success of the first set I was able to make two more interesting sets from the collection that is probably the widest mid-19th century chair collection. An profusion of cherry, walnut wood, carvings and curves used at the time with the designs that made the style so popular. Just an unique set for a customer who wants his home to speak about not having repetitions. Each guest is special and different from the other so why and shouldn’t the chairs be like that! From a Biedermeier collector in Verona, chairs will be sent as they are or complimentary reupholstered and with a French polish and wax refreshment layer. Listed measure is the first one on the left of the upper row with a cream seat. Complete list of measures will be sent on request. Listed as country of origin Austria however the Biedermeier sets has a wider area belonging: what is called Mittel-European (Middle-European) XIX century cultural area. So that is what is today Germany, Czech, Slovachia, Austria, Slovenia, Northern Italy. It was the style of the growing middle class. Here the measures of the first two from the left of each row upper left height 90 cm, width 50 cm, depth 48 cm lower left height 90 cm, witdht 45 cm, depth 40 cm.
